Venue Update

Following a verification and validation process established in collaboration with the three government bodies, the Dubai Assured stamp is issued to all establishments that comply with health and safety guidelines, in accordance with the preventive protocols issued by Dubai’s Supreme Committee of Crisis and Disaster Management. Every two weeks each establishment will be verified again by the relevant authority inspectors, and the stamp renewed. Establishment visitors can look out for, or enquire to see the stamp, and know that all safety measures have been put in place to ensure their health and wellbeing. Taj Dubai – Verne Hotels LLC is a part of this program – the hotel has placed sanitisers in high touch point areas and has regular sanitisation of all venues pre and post the event. Guests are encouraged to keep their mask on and maintain safe distance in the venue.

Fully vaccinated travelers:

  • Pre-departure COVID-19 test not required
  • Quarantine not required
  • Lateral flow test on day 2
Vaccinated traveler exceptions

Travelers who present a valid certificate for full vaccination against COVID-19 issued in the departure country, or other selected countries, are exempt from pre-departure testing, post-arrival testing on day 8, and quarantine requirements. The final dose must have been administered at least 14 days before departure.

Vaccinated travelers are still required to book a single COVID-19 self-test for day 2 after arrival and complete a passenger locator form.

Those traveling to England are required to purchase a 'COVID Testing Package' before departure, for 'Day 2 and day 8 tests'. These tests must be administered twice during isolation, on or before day 2 and on day 8.

Vaccinated travelers who meet the exemption criteria are only required to book a 'Day 2 test'.

Unvaccinated travelers staying for less than 10 days, and vaccinated travelers staying for less than 2 days, are still required to book the relevant testing package regardless of the duration of their stay. The tests only must be taken if the travelers are still in England on the test dates.

Proof of purchase for this testing package must be provided on departure. This can be booked directly or through a list of approved third-party test providers can be found at
